Belgrade 1930, She came to London in 1933 as a ballerina, She
studied with Legat and soon discovered that she had to start
all over again. She became his assistant and
protégée. Schools in Split and New York.

Enricco Cecchetti 1850 – 1928.
Italian dancer born in Rome in a theatre
1850.
St. Petersburg debut 1887. He had a
brilliant technique. Taught at The Imperial Theatre 1909,
became teacher for Diaghilev’s Ballet
Russe.
1918 opened a school in London, returned to
Italy 1923 and taught and made his last stage appearance 1926.
